ouch

So the other day I twisted my ankle pretty bad. That was about a week ago and it doesn't really hurt anymore. But it does look like it hurts lol. So I thought i would put a picture up so everyone can see :) I have been putting ice on it and taking Motrin all week. Its not really swollen any more just kind of bruised. Anyway here you go...
